Career Development & Life Planning is the normal and ongoing process as you move through various stages of ministry. Fresh needs and values emerge with each new decade of life. A career development program is helpful in sorting through these issues, changes, and possibilities in each life stage. This program is an opportunity for normative career and life reflection and professional maintenance. Its purpose is to support and re-energize a vocation that is essentially working for you and is not problematic.

Career counseling is a process designed to help you shape your life and career, given your own capabilities and potential. At key points in your life (early career, mid-career, nearing retirement), career counseling can help you take charge of your life in a firmer way.

Cost

This two-day program is generally self-referred. The fee for professional church leaders (any paid staff member) is $2,095. If a spouse is able to participate, there are two options. One is a two-day program for $2,195, with no testing for the spouse. The second is a three-day program for the couple (including testing for the spouse) for $2,795.
