Two-Day Programs for Seminarians and Clergy
Three-Day Programs for Clergy and Spouse
The Two-Day Program is the most common option for those who are seeking ordination. It involves the life review, testing, consideration of your needs and issues going into ministry, your "best fit" for ministry and a final report sent to your judicatory. It is the opportunity to not only fulfill the needs of your ordination committee but to explore the life issues surrounding the stress and strain of professional ministry and to envision the professional and personal future you want to embody.
The Two-Day Program is also the the best choice for Career Development & Life Planning and is a normal and ongoing process as you move through various stages of ministry. Fresh needs and values emerge with each new decade of life. A career development program is helpful in sorting through these issues, changes, and possibilities in each life stage. This program is an opportunity for normative career and life reflection and professional maintenance. Its purpose is to support and re-energize a vocation that is essentially working for you. On occasion, when ministers or their churches find themselves stuck in the ongoing vision of ministry, clergy find our process very helpful in sorting out the values and vision of their ministry in a helpful way to avoid unnecessary conflict in their church.
Career counseling is a process designed to help you shape your life and career, given your own capabilities and potential. It is recommended at key points in your life (early career, mid-career, nearing retirement) where career counseling can help you take charge of your life in a firmer way.
The Three-Day Programs for Clergy and Spouse is designed to meet the needs of those who engage in it, be it ordinand and spouse or a clergy couple at any stage in their lives. It is similar to the Two-Day Program described above only the same careful attention is given to both person's questions and needs, their relationship in a ministerial context and developmental needs, all in conversation with the complete assessment packet. The goal is to help shape a future for each of you that will be most fulfilling.

The fee for seminarians or professional church leaders (any paid staff member) for the Two-Day Program is $1,695. If a partner is able to participate, the Three-Day Program for the couple (including complete testing for the spouse) is $2,395.
